Every day you hit your goal, your streak grows by one. Consecutive days earn XP, level you up and unlock new rewards. Missed a day? No panic — a freeze kicks in and protects your streak. Because your goal is calculated personally from your weight, activity and even the weather, it's never too little or too much; it's just right for you. The only secret here is not perfection, but continuing.
