1. Parties

Seller: Drupart Dijital Çözümler ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (GOSB Teknopark Hi-Tech Bina, 3rd Floor, B3, Gebze / Kocaeli) - Email: [email protected]

Buyer: The user who purchases a Damy Plus subscription.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the distance sale of the Damy Plus digital subscription.

3. Service and fee

Damy Plus includes features such as unlimited Damy AI chat, a second daily box every day, a daily wheel spin, more frequent freeze-streak gifts, more weekly re-draws, and wider showcase/quest limits. Current prices are displayed within the application (e.g. monthly or yearly). Payment is collected via the App Store or Google Play; billing is subject to the terms of the relevant store.

4. Right of withdrawal

Since digital content/subscriptions are performed instantly, the right of withdrawal may be limited by law once the digital service has commenced. The subscription may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and no fee is charged for the following period. In accordance with store policies (Apple/Google), refund requests are assessed through the relevant store.

5. Trial period

If a free trial is offered, no fee is charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Performance and cancellation

The subscription is activated immediately upon confirmation of payment. To cancel, you may use the store subscription settings on your device or contact [email protected].

7. Disputes

The legislation of the Republic of Türkiye applies to disputes; consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
