Log
Logging a drink is as easy as a single tap.
Swipe up on the vessel on your home screen — a sip, a glass or a whole bottle drops into your log in one tap. Water, tea, coffee, ayran, sparkling water... whatever you pick, each drink's contribution to hydration is counted separately. So the progress you see on screen reflects the water that actually reaches your body. Logged the wrong thing? Undo it in one tap. The goal is to log without thinking, like a reflex.
