1. Service

Damy is an application that helps you track your water consumption. The information it provides is for general purposes and does not replace medical advice. Make decisions about your health together with your physician.

2. Use

You shall use the application only in compliance with the law and in accordance with its intended purpose. Misusing the service, reverse engineering it or preventing others from accessing it is prohibited.

3. Damy Plus

Plus is an optional paid subscription. The fee, duration and cancellation terms are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement. Payments are collected through the app store (App Store / Google Play).

4. Content and rights

The design, text and visuals in the application belong to Drupart. They may not be reproduced except for personal use.

5. Liability

Damy is provided "as is". There is no guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted or error-free; we cannot be held liable for any indirect damages that may arise.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. In the event of material changes, we will provide notice within the application.
